Quick and Easy Dinner: Bean and Tomato Pork Chops

I just thought I would add this quick and easy recipe that I thought of while trying to clean out the cabinet of all the cans of food we have.

Ingredients -

4-6 Pork Chops w/o the bone
Salt and Pepper
1 Can seasoned diced Tomatoes
1 Can black beans
4-6 servings of cooked White Rice

Directions -

1. Spray an oven pan with baking spray and lay pork chops without touching on baking pan. Add salt and Pepper. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

2. Add cans of beans and tomatoes together, stir and heat on stove top or in microwave.

3. When pork chops are done, layer rice and bean/tomato mixture on top.
